To acquire a building permit in the city of Sundance you will need to develop a site plan and fill out an application. You can review your site plan with the City Engineer, the application is available at http://www.cityofsundancewy.com/building-permit-application.htm
Once you have reviewed your site plan and filled out the application you can get on the agenda for the Land Planning committee meeting. The Land Use Planning meeting is the last Monday of the month, they will review your plan and application, if there is anything they would like to see, they will advise you to make any changes necessary. The next step in the City Council meeting which is the first Tuesday of each month. The City Council usually follows the recommendation from the Land Planning Board.
