Engineering Associates

EA has eight offices located around the State of Wyoming with diverse professional expertise including architectural engineering, civil engineering, geological engineering, hydraulic engineering, materials engineering, geology, land surveying, and material testing. Additionally, EA has vast experience with surveying, hydraulic modeling, environmental reviews, bidding and construction management, material characterization and material testing.

Our firm has provided consulting engineering and surveying services to a wide variety of clients, including various agencies of the State of Wyoming, municipalities, water and irrigation districts, county governments, private individuals, developers, and industrial and energy companies.

The firm that has become Engineering Associates (EA) was established in Cody in 1952. This firm has been in continuous operation under various names since that time and was incorporated as Engineering Associates on January 1, 1970. EA is an employee-owned civil engineering and land surveying firm. EA is managed by an executive committee comprised of Heath Overfield as CEO, Travis Conklin as COO, Kim DeAtley as CFO, and Erik Wachob as CMO. Our executive committee works closely with individual office managers to help assure they have all the tools needed to meet client goals and expectations. EA’s offices are in Cody, Laramie, Powell, Riverton, Saratoga, Sheridan, Sundance, and Thermopolis.
